Requirements for Registration
Proof of address
Client's at their first visit will need to bring proof of address, this could be a Government ID, lease, recent bill, etc.
Medicare card(s)
Client's at their first visit will need to bring a Medicare card for each member of their household.
Order Pickup Times

Tuesdays 9:00am-11:30am (Storm day policy*)
Client's may receive an order from the KVFB once per month. When arriving at the Food Basket, please come to the window to receive a numbered pager and then return to your vehicle. Once your pager begins to vibrate, please come to the side door to register and place your order.

*If schools are closed due to Storm, pickup will be moved to the next morning that schools are open.
Evening Pickup

The evening pickup time is on hold for the winter months and may resume in the spring. The process for tickets, registration, and order pickup are the same as Tuesday morning pickup.
